Do the products come with a warranty?
Yes, the MONITOR ARM and TV MOUNT come with a 3-year warranty period. For other products, the warranty period is one year. If on-site maintenance is required, you can consult the customer service immediately.
How much do I need to spend to get free delivery?
Orders over HK$2000 qualify for free delivery to your doorstep. Alternatively, you can also pick up your purchase for free at our store.
How long does delivery take?
We aim to deliver your order within 2-3 working days.

We usually arrange delivery through SF Express.
What should I do if I need after-sales support?

Our products do not include installation services. However, if needed, we can recommend professional installers to assist you.

If the request is made before dispatch, we can update the details. If the order has already been shipped, we will try our best to coordinate with the courier to make changes. However, any additional costs will be borne by the customer, and we cannot guarantee the change will be successful.
