Operational Sensitivity： ★★★☆☆
The arm is fixed, but the screen can slide horizontally. Vertical movement and slight angular adjustment can be achieved by adjusting the screws. Compared with other Brateck arms, the operational versatility of this one is rather mediocre. However, the main reason is to prevent the monitor from potentially tipping over if it's placed in an improper position. Therefore, in terms of functionality, it is more suitable for the needs of sit-stand desk converters.

Weight Capacity： ★★★☆☆
Each of the two arms can support a monitor weighing 7 kilograms / 15.4 pounds. However, this is on the condition that the installation center of gravity of the monitor is at the exact center of the monitor. If it is a curved - screen monitor, or if the VESA mount is not in the middle, it is recommended that the maximum weight for a single arm be considered as 6 kilograms.

Yes, the MONITOR ARM and TV MOUNT come with a 3-year warranty period. For other products, the warranty period is one year. If on-site maintenance is required, you can consult the customer service immediately.

Orders over HK$2000 qualify for free delivery to your doorstep. Alternatively, you can also pick up your purchase for free at our store.

Our products do not include installation services. However, if needed, we can recommend professional installers to assist you.

If the request is made before dispatch, we can update the details. If the order has already been shipped, we will try our best to coordinate with the courier to make changes. However, any additional costs will be borne by the customer, and we cannot guarantee the change will be successful.
